What makes us different? Life In Motion Physical & Hand Therapy is an outpatient physical and hand therapy clinic that specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation. At Life in Motion Physical & Hand Therapy, our team understands that life can become filled with new challenges when an injury occurs or when a surgery is necessary. Often times, therapy is required to help a person return to what is important to them. This is what our team is here to do.
Our physical and occupational therapists are committed to a company culture that values excellence in all things. From the very first contact, it is our priority to address your individual needs in a warm, professional manner. It is our goal to create an overall “experience” that empowers you with the resources you need to pursue your personal therapy goals and return to a “life in motion.”
MEET THE WHOLE TEAMThis is an amazing team to work with! I had ACL surgery and went through a lot during the first 2 weeks. I had another physical therapist at a different location I worked with, but I didn’t feel comfortable or had the connection. That was before my surgery. After my surgery, LIM did everything to ensure that I don’t go through any more traumatic events. LIM made my visits comfortable, adding a sense of humor, always listening to my fears, and what my concerns were. I get a straight forward answer. Unlike my other place where I had PT. I don’t even hesitate about going there. I look forward to each of these visits. When I cannot come, I’m miserable!
The best physical and occupational therapy office in Florida by far, exceeded my expectations 10 fold. Adrien was my therapist and she was an exceptional one at that, took the time to get to know me and my family. Whenever I brought my daughter with me, EVERYONE gave her attention which neither one of them had to do. Truly magnificent front desk in Sam and Ashley. A warm and inviting environment, peaceful, everyone keeps a smile on their face that’s real. Each person speaks to you, knows your name, and is concerned about your recovery -whatever it may be. I highly recommend them to anyone. Whatever you have to do to get into therapy, do it, then come to life in motion for the best experience.
For my first total knee replacement, I went to another physical therapy place for 5 months and never achieved over 83-degree bend! It was more a gym and almost never did they touch my knee. Second knee replacement on the same knee I went to Carlos at Life in Motion. Tamara and Carlos’s hands-on methods really work! 5 Stars plus! I felt like I was leaving my friends when I had to go home!
I’ve had a positive experience following a total knee replacement. The physical site is clean and in order, mask use strictly enforced. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, working well together for a good rehab outcome. The administrative staff and therapist do a great job coordinating scheduling to prevent long wait times. I’d return for services in the future if needed and highly recommend them.
The crew makes you feel welcomed. They jump through hoops to take care of you. Thank you Life in Motion for being there for us!
I’m Frank, I have been bothered by lower back and knee pains for over 6 years as my career path involves a lot of running and lifting. I’ve been to physical therapy at 3 different Air Force bases, as well as 4 different physical therapy offices in Tampa, St. Pete, and West Chase. I found this little place called Life In Motion out in Pinellas County just off of Hwy 19. The staff here is very friendly, and what they do is like nothing I have ever experienced in all of my visits to physical therapy at other locations. The staff combines heat, physical massage therapy, followed by PT, and ice. It’s a combo that has truly helped relieve much of my chronic pain issues. I love this place and have moved all of my therapies to Life In Motion because they are just that good. I would recommend coming here first before any other place if you are in need of some physical therapy.
