"I've been a patient here at Life in Motion for the past 8+ months, so I think it's fitting to leave a review you can trust (100% uncoerced). Josh, my main therapist, has been a key factor in getting me back on my feet (literally). I suffered a torn Achilles during an intense match of futbol, where I was practically carrying my team to victory (partially true). Either way, thanks to his knowledge and expertise, I am well on my way to breaking ankles on a pitch near you (no turf though). He created a treatment plan that helped me to progress as able, teaching me weird anatomy stuff along the way. I think this is a great time to also mention the eighth wonder of the world is actually located here - Josh's elbow. Yea you read that right. Ladies and gentlemen, be forewarned, I'm pretty sure he sharpens that thing every night. But then again, I somehow, some way, end up feeling 10x better after our tissue therapy time. I also need to give a shout out to the support crew - the techs and front desk staff. From the greeting smiles, to helping with my session exercises these folks add to the personal experience you get here at Life in Motion. Forgot to schedule your appointments? Covered. Forgot how to execute your exercises? They got you. Need a cool cup of water? Done. I say give 'em all a raise! If you need therapy, skip all the other places and schedule your initial eval here already. I'm nearly back to my pre-Achilles-tear self and can almost sprint without galloping or tripping over my own shoelaces. Of course, with this, I'm sure Josh will be sad to see his favorite patient go, but when you're good at what you do, heartbreak is imminent. 10/10 would come back if I tear my other Achilles!"

"This was my first experience with having to go to physical therapy and I'm very happy I chose Life in motion. The first time I nervously walked in I was greeted with smiles and very friendly hellos. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was very skeptical of PT cause I felt my pain was a pain where I may have needed a surgery. But Josh assured me he had a plan. And wow he was correct. I followed his instructions in my PT appointments and did my assigned work at home and less than 2 months later. I'm feeling so much better. No surgery needed. Josh and his team Corrine, Mike and Justin are the best. They all kept a watchful eye on me to make sure I was doing things correctly and encouraging me to do my best. And Josh listens to his patients. Not a lot of Doctors today do that... BUT he does. I'm so happy I chose Life in motion. If I ever need PT again, they are the FIRST call I'll make!"

"PT does not get any better than this place. I came here for shoulder issues couple years ago and now back for knee replacement rehab. Josh and Carlos do a wonderful job with manual manipulation, which makes a great difference in rehab in my opinion. Then you are off to do your excercises under watchful eyes of their assistants. Everyone is friendly and warm. You feel like you are a part of family. I will never again waste my time in a corporate rehab place where therapists have too many patients to give them full attention. "Had my first appointment today for back pain. Cannot say enough good about it from the moment I stepped in the door. The front desk staff greeted me promptly, got my paperwork, and were very kind. I was quickly taken back for my appointment. Each and every staff member was very friendly. It had a family-like atmosphere, and the staff were fantastic at their job. Once I got back there it was straight into identifying the issue. From there he explained what the issue was and went into treatment. Very glad I was referred there and very much looking forward to future appointments!"

"I’m 54 years old and consider myself very active. I’m an avid road cyclist for over 14 years now. I recently developed numbness and tingling in both arms. My orthopedic doctor ordered an MRI which showed stenosis in my neck but not enough to cause the extent of what I was experiencing. He ordered a nerve conduction test in which surprisingly, I was diagnosed with Carpel Tunnel in both wrists. I knew right away that this was caused by years of cycling due to improper hand alignment and pressure on the wrists and thumb during long rides. I came to LIM and saw Adrienne after an on line recommendation as a hand therapist. I wasn’t able to sleep through the night due to severe nerve pain and I wanted to avoid surgery if at all possible. I decided on Occupational Therapy as an alternative. I found Adrienne to be pleasant, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. She provided me a splint for my thumb pain and an at- home regiment to keep my symptoms manageable. Since starting my therapy, I’m now able to sleep through the night which was not possible before. I don’t believe Carpel Tunnel is “curable” without surgery but it is manageable. I will continue to follow her regiment and will also be mindful of hand alignment during cycling. My goal is to remain surgery free. Thank you Adrienne."

"I’m Frank, I have been bothered by lower back and knee pains for over 6 years as my career path involves a lot of running and lifting. I’ve been to physical therapy at 3 different Air Force bases, as well as 4 different physical therapy offices in Tampa, St. Pete, and West Chase. I found this little place called Life In Motion out in Pinellas County just off of Hwy 19. The staff here is very friendly, and what they do is like nothing I have ever experienced in all of my visits to physical therapy at other locations. The staff combines heat, a physical massage therapy, followed by PT, and ice. It’s a combo that has truly helped relieve much of my chronic pain issues. I love this place and have moved all of my therapies to Life In Motion because they are just that good. I would recommend coming here first before any other place if you are in need of some physical therapy."

"May 1, 2018 LIFE IN MOTION REVIEW: I have had back issues for years. Two back surgeries and years of working on my feet have increased my back pain issues over time. In 2017 I was again at the doctors office seeking relief from nerve pain in my legs and feet. After cortisone shots, prescriptions and a consultation with a surgeon, I decided I wanted to go with the least invasive treatment. I asked my physician if I could try physical therapy for relief. It had given me relief in the past. I asked to be referred to Life in Motion because of a previous experience with their office for hand therapy. Carlos was patient, kind and caring. His therapy gave me back my back! I have full mobility and significant reduction in pain and numbness. I still use the techniques he taught me to ease stiffness and occasional aches.
